AcuVibe® / Foot Soother® / HTT®/EQ-400
The EQ-400 and all Interactive Health® products in the AcuVibe, Foot Soother, and HTT lines are fully guaranteed to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it. Labor charges are covered for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

Perfect Chair®
The Perfect Chair comes with a limited three-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Parts are covered for three years from the original date of purchase of the product. Labor for repairs at Interactive Health only is covered for 90 days from the original date of purchase.

SERVICE

In order to obtain repair service, the customer must contact Interactive Health during the term of the warranty. Contact Interactive Health Customer Service for authorization and instructions before returning a unit for service.

Non-warranty repair is available on a "per incident" basis by calling 1-800-742-5493. Interactive Health Customer Service will verify the unit has failed, and provide authorization and instructions for receiving an exchange unit. A "per incident" repair charge plus shipping, handling, and local tax will be charged for non-warranty repairs.
